Responsibilities
1. Responsible for commercial product operations, improve merchants stickiness to the platform, service capabilities, and transformation capabilities through implementable operational plans, and be responsible for core target results 2. Improve basic operations on the merchant side, including product training and promotion, business Application case packaging, operation incentive strategy design, responsible for improving merchants monetization capabilities, and establishing an operation system through merchant stratification 3. Explore improvement points in products and business models, plan and implement marketing activities, and use platform-based methods to scale up merchant conversions capabilities and service quality 4. Use data-based thinking to analyze and optimize product structure and operation strategies 5. Gain insight into the core demands of merchants, and summarize iterable and implementable operation plans through research and analysis, and ensure that predetermined goals are achieved 6. Able to collaborate across departments, coordinate and integrate resources of various departments, and promote the implementation of operational plans.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with Internet advertising and marketing, 3-5 years of experience in Internet advertising operations, and possessing operational methodology 2. Have excellent communication skills and be good at customer communication and internal collaborative communication 3. Have strong logical expression and be able to quickly respond to the demands of customers and upstream and downstream partners and solve problems in a timely manner 4. Have a certain sensitivity to data , able to use the internal data analysis system to independently complete analysis and conclusion output.
