Transaction Platform Product Manager - Chargeback

1. Responsible for the product design of the reverse transaction-chargeback link, and be able to design a complete solution and promote its implementation as the leading role of the chargeback product 2. Familiar with relevant policies and systems (chargebacks) such as bank cards/international card organizations/international mainstream payment methods (such as Paypal), familiar with the information flow and capital flow of the transaction link, and able to connect upstream and downstream domains to formulate a complete chargeback processing process 3. According to the development of the group's international business, plan and build a universal chargeback product that supports multiple businesses to support the development of the group's overseas business 4. Through data analysis and user complaints, discover problems in the product and implement optimization to continuously improve the product experience of chargeback.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of payment industry experience, those with experience in accepting chargebacks on the issuing side are preferred 2. Have excellent product design and document writing skills, strong logical thinking, and good at abstract summary 3. Able to think independently and solve problems, strong execution and sense of purpose, good coordination and communication skills, and good at cross-team collaboration 4. Strong stress resistance, strong self-drive, and willing to accept challenges 5. Have basic English communication skills.
