Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the design of search advertising products for multiple terminals, and responsible for the traffic growth and revenue of the external terminal 2. Deeply understand the traffic characteristics, user paths, and user minds of the external terminals, and combine the search advertising paths to design traffic based on the characteristics of different external terminals. Strategies such as access, budget unification, style creativity, etc. can improve end-end monetization efficiency 3. Master basic conversion links and attribution logic, be able to split the conversion paths of different advertising budgets, optimize back-end effects from a budget perspective, and improve both 4. Collaborate with business, user-side teams, and external customers, and combine customer analysis and problem collection to formulate product optimization directions and promote continuous product iteration 5. Responsible for the project management of business strategy products, and promote design, technology, Testing and other related teams and cooperation departments provide high quality and fast delivery.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 4 years of work experience, at least 2 years of commercial product experience 2. Little end, manufacturer advertising Priority will be given to monetization experience, or experience in search traffic strategy 3. Have good logical thinking ability, business understanding ability and rapid learning ability be able to continuously optimize products, improve user and customer experience, and quickly trial and error to provide the best solution 4 , have an overall view, like to think independently, and be able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex environments to promote the smooth progress of projects be resilient and have an optimistic and positive working attitude.
