1. Combined with the company's strategic planning, lead the BD team to complete mission goals through goal dismantling and process tracking, strategy formulation and process and system optimization 2. Integrate business district, regional and company resources to promote the output of overall marketing solutions 3. Regularly Visit top customers, establish and maintain good customer relationships, and help the team achieve top customer activity and performance goals 4. Provide timely feedback on relevant market and industry conditions, and provide information and data support for research analysis and business decisions 5. Establish a high-quality BD team and be responsible for team echelon building, talent training, and personnel management.

1. Bachelor degree or above 2. 2-3 years or more of relevant business team management experience, with local life service skills Or O2O platform management experience is preferred 3. Short video content marketing experience is a bonus 4. Have excellent goal management and team management capabilities, and accept business trips 5. Passionate in work, strong interpersonal communication skills, and quick thinking , able to get results and good at building a team with execution ability.
