Understand the business scenarios of Toutiao products, master the problem rating and follow-up standards, monitor, process, and follow up omni-channel user feedback, maintain a close collaboration with the product, research and operation teams, and solve practical problems 2. Based on data, research and business input, understand user pain points and needs, diagnose problems and propose systematic solutions, optimize existing rules, processes and products, and improve customer experience as a whole 3. 1. Bachelor's degree or above, 1 year or more of user operation or product operation work experience is preferred, and C-end experience is better 2. Have rich user problem handling experience, can independently explore business problems and promote implementation 3. Good at communicating with users, can sensitively capture user needs, do a good job of analysis, and implement it in practice 4. Have good communication skills and cross-team collaboration ability, good stress resistance, and high work commitment 5.
