Responsibility
1. Responsible for building and improving user operation systems, formulating strategies such as user stratification and user incentives to improve user retention, activity and loyalty 2. Plan and implement user growth plans, and acquire new users through online and offline channels, such as social media promotion, cooperative promotion, offline activities, etc., to ensure the continuous growth of APP users 3. Plan and manage the content sectors of medical APP, including but not limited to medical information, health science articles, expert Q&A and other content planning, editing, reviewing and publishing and in the process, combine cutting-edge AI technologies to continuously achieve the efficiency and quality improvement of content supply 4. Establish a content cooperation mechanism, establish good cooperative relationships with medical experts, institutions, media, etc., obtain high-quality medical content resources, and enhance the professionalism and authority of APP content 5. Optimize the content recommendation algorithm, realize personalized content recommendation based on user interests, behaviors and other data, and increase the click-through rate and reading volume of content 6. Work closely with the product development team to participate in product planning and functional design and version management of medical APP, and put forward product optimization suggestions based on operation data and user feedback to improve the product user experience.
Qualifications
1. Have more than 5 years of experience in mobile Internet operation, including at least 2 years of experience in operation and management of medical and health APPs 2. Have successful user growth, user activity improvement, commercial monetization and other operation projects 3. Have strong data analysis capabilities, be proficient in using data analysis tools to conduct in-depth analysis of operation data, and formulate effective operation strategies based on the analysis results be familiar with relevant knowledge of the medical industry, understand the market demand, user pain points and industry development trends of medical APPs 4. Have good project management capabilities and team management capabilities, be able to independently be responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of operation projects, and lead the team to complete various operation tasks.
