Job Description

The Position

Main Duties/Responsibilities

Customer management

  • Establish good information communication channels with key customers and explore the concepts and academic needs of healthcare professionals (HCP)
  • Deliver professional medicine /Disease/Product Information

a) Deliver scientific progress in the corresponding disease fields and encourage doctors to formulate standardized treatment plans

b) Deliver key information about Roche products and improve Roche's Product awareness and collection of feedback

c) Deliver information related to diagnosis in disease fields to help improve the diagnosis rate of patients in the ecosystem

Discipline construction

  • Understand the hospital's existing diagnosis and treatment paths in disease fields and expert diagnosis and treatment concepts and processes
  • Sort out the pain points in relevant treatment departments and diagnosis and treatment processes
  • By building a head hospital Conduct exchanges or cross-hospital training and education meetings to educate doctors/departments
  • Gradually build a standardized diagnosis and treatment platform

Plan management

< p>Plan an academic promotion plan for the corresponding ecosystem, negotiate with colleagues to reach a final plan, and implement it.
  • Organize and support regional expert meetings
  • Understand doctors concepts, needs, and meeting arrangements formulate meeting and coverage plans implement meeting plans return visits to collect feedback
  • < li>Reasonably formulate budgets in accordance with company regulations and implement them as planned to ensure reasonable and effective use of resources

Standardize diagnosis, treatment and disease management Management

  • Promote changes in experts diagnosis and treatment concepts and behaviors to achieve standardized diagnosis and treatment
  • Work with patient solution managers to focus on and promote full management and treatment plans in the disease field Optimize

Self-management and team collaboration

  • Become an expert in product and disease areas
  • To the team Provide coaching and support to new members
  • Proactively cooperate and share with team members inside and outside the ecosystem to integrate resources and improve team capabilities

Ability and experience

Working years

  • More than 1 year of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Previous sales/marketing/medical experience
  • Cross-functional work experience is preferred

Education level/qualification certificates obtained

  • Bachelor degree or above in medicine or pharmacy
  • Pass the RDPAC examination during the probation period
  • Complete all required Roche courses during the probation period
