Responsible for the performance experience evaluation of TikTok live broadcast client, and work with virtual team members of the live broadcast business direction to collaborate with product research and development of performance experience directions, and be responsible for the quality assurance work in related fields 2. Responsible for the performance prevention of degradation, offline evaluation, and special evaluation of various experience-related technical transformations of live broadcast business establish a performance experience problem identification and degradation prevention system guided by QoE indicators, improve problem discovery capabilities, formulate relevant access and exit standards, and regularly output evaluation reports 3. Responsible for the RCA capacity building of performance and experience problems from discovery to the root cause of problem positioning establish a differentiation of user experiences in different regions at home and abroad in international business. Ability to analyze and explore experience problems, undertake key and difficult technical breakthroughs, and promote and cooperate with R&D to solve experience problems.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, and more than 3 years of experience in client testing and development related to client testing and development 2. Have experience in mobile Internet client testing/development, have in-depth mastery of common performance testing tools and testing methods, have a working methodology for performance experience prevention and deterioration, have rich experience in client performance and experience testing, and have rich experience in streaming and video business fields 3. Be familiar with at least one language such as Go/Python/Java, have a certain algorithm foundation, and those with experience in platform development are preferred 4.
