Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the strategic analysis of membership business, including overall membership strategy output, including content strategy, c-end and B-end channel monetization strategies, etc., to provide support for video, overseas, and sports membership business decisions and revenue growth
2 .Monitor and analyze member business data indicators, combine business insights and industry analysis and scanning, identify business problems and growth opportunities, and produce implementation strategies
3. For various content categories (including film, television, comprehensive entertainment, sports), etc. , provide monetization strategy formulation, including paid membership product plan design, content C-end revenue growth points and monetization model mining, channel business model research and management, etc.
4. Responsible for the annual business plan and business review summary of membership business , KPI formulation and dismantling, budget management, etc.
5. Member business project PMO, coordinate and coordinate relevant resources, and promote the implementation of cross-team business and projects.

Qualifications

1. Excellent business and data analysis skills, proficiency in data processing and analysis tools such as SQL is preferred
2. Good language expression and report writing skills, good at Communication and coordination, experience in cross-department team project implementation is preferred
3. Internet industry business analysis, strategic analysis, management consulting background is preferred
4. Understanding and interest in pan-entertainment content, and relevant knowledge in the content field Industry or project experience is preferred.
