Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the game Lead the visual creative work of important brand nodes such as the brand's main visual, promotional posters, PC/mobile/H5 pages, offline event material design, etc.
2. Communicate closely with students related to marketing, operations, etc. to provide professional visuals Create creative plans and promote implementation
3. Participate in setting the visual style of new game products, pay attention to market feedback and data conclusions, continue to optimize the design, and output methodologies to form experience accumulation
4. Responsible for design and art , model-related outsourcing visual review and quality control work to improve production efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

1. More than three years of visual design experience, art or visual related major, systematic accumulation in graphic visual design, and excellent visual aesthetic ability
2. Pay attention to design trends, be familiar with various types of visual expression styles, have an in-depth understanding of basic game types and understand their elemental characteristics
3. Have experience and ability to set the tone of design content and implement it, and have a certain level of experience Creative planning ability, willing to communicate and share
4. Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator, proficient in using C4D, blender. It is better to have 3D design ability.
