Roles & Responsibilities< /h2>1. Serve as Tencent Conference Channel Manager, responsible for the construction of Tencent Conference channel system, product and solution sales, and industry channel expansion in the region
2. Expand partners in the field of audio and video conferencing, especially those within the jurisdiction. partners
3. Regularly visit channel partners including ISV/SI maintenance and follow-up, fully understand customer needs and actively follow up, formulate reasonable plans, and ensure that the plans can be replicated and promoted
4. Exploring a win-win cooperation model can effectively combine the industry layout in the region to guide partners in the direction of business expansion and help partners develop healthily and sustainably.


1. Bachelor degree or above, many years of experience in the audio and video conferencing industry and regional business development and customer development, SaaS or IT Internet industry, and experience in small and medium-sized integration projects
/>2. Familiar with the ecology and playing methods in the audio and video field, and possess corresponding industry insights, customers, and channel resources
