Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for formulating self-service product operation strategies for direct selling customers to achieve growth in customers advertising consumption
2. Proficient in Internet advertising and related product knowledge, and able to formulate corresponding operation strategies according to different levels of customers
3 .Have insight into the marketing demands of small and medium-sized customers, have a deep understanding of advertising links, and be able to discover operational opportunities through data analysis and market research, and link up with industry research to carry out product function upgrades and innovations
4. Long-term exploration of efficient direct selling business services, Coordinate the resources of all parties to promote project implementation and promote breakthrough progress in business.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, 2 or more years of Internet advertising related experience
2. Priority will be given to those who have been engaged in content operations, product operations, and industry operations in the past
3. Have good data analysis skills, be sensitive to data and have good logical thinking skills, and be able to independently complete problem analysis and summarize analysis reports
4. Good project coordination skills, cross-team collaboration skills, and communication skills Strong and able to withstand pressure.
