Tencent Advertising Data Mining Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Tencent Advertising Data analysis, mining and application work
2. Optimize the entire advertising link from the perspective of data and algorithms, including the optimization of recall/rough ranking/fine ranking models
3. Focus on online features, Able to carry out special analysis and effect evaluation through quantitative analysis, data modeling, A/B Testing and other methods to guide online feature application.

Qualifications

1. Excellent coding skills, familiar with C/C++/Python/Scala and other programming languages, solid data structure and algorithm skills
2. Excellent analytical problem and Ability to solve problems, be curious about cutting-edge technologies, be good at proposing solutions and quickly verifying them, and actively seek to solve difficult problems
3. Proficient in data mining, machine learning, statistics, and have large-scale recommendation systems and computational advertising , Experience in successful projects in search engine related fields
4. Have good cross-team cooperation capabilities
5. Applicants with a computational advertising background, especially experience in advertising delivery mechanisms, will be given priority.
