Roles & Responsibilities

1 .Formulate the responsible service provider operation strategy according to the platform development plan, and be responsible for the performance results of the service provider
2. Formulate the team and service provider development plan, form and motivate the team to achieve business targets
3. Leadership And plan investment training and marketing activities for service providers, standardize the implementation process, and ensure the achievement of activity goals and compliance
4. Deeply explore the pain points of merchants/partners, and participate in the definition and improvement of products from the perspectives of service providers and merchants. , Promote organizational digitalization and tool-based improvement.


1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of e-commerce operation experience, preferably more than 5 years
2. In-depth understanding of e-commerce operations and related merchant products, and understanding of the platform Have in-depth understanding and practical experience in e-commerce, merchant products and applications in operations, and experience in operating large-scale B-end products
3. Have an in-depth understanding of merchant traffic/products/shelf/experience, etc. and practical experience or have B-end product operation experience, and have strong business learning and understanding abilities
4. Clear logic, excellent communication and expression skills, strong self-motivation, and able to withstand work pressure
5. Good at collaboration and able to efficiently collaborate with internal teams and external resources.
