TDSQL database kernel research and development ( Shenzhen/Beijing/Shanghai/Hangzhou)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the research and development of Tencent's self-developed distributed database TDSQL
2. Responsible for the design and development of the computing engine, including the development and optimization of the overall framework, execution operators, expression calculations, and CPU execution efficiency. Work
3. Responsible for the design and development of storage engines, including but not limited to the development and optimization of row storage, column storage, distributed transactions, high availability, etc.
4. Responsible for kernel-related tasks Stability/usability optimization, performance tuning, etc.

Qualifications

1. Familiar with at least one relational database source code such as Postgres/Greenplum/MySQL/OceanBase/Oracle. Candidates with excellent product development experience in the Postgres system are preferred
2. Proficient The working principles and mechanisms of each module in the SQL execution process. Applicants who are familiar with at least one open source relational database source code of the PostgreSQL system are preferred
3. Proficient in C/C++ programming language, familiar with computer architecture, network, operating system, The operating mechanism and basic principles of CPU execution and IO storage
4. Have strong work passion and learning ability, and have the ability to proactively serve, communicate, and be self-driven.
