Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in operating content and community products, familiar with content platform operation strategies, UGC community experience is preferred 2. Experience in operating Internet products in the content industry, with an in-depth understanding of the creator ecology 3. Have in-depth understanding of various interest circles, experience in cold start of circles, strategic practice in introducing/retaining/activating/growing UGC creators experience in creating community tonality, community culture, and community out-of-circle cases 4. Possession High sense of responsibility and self-motivation, willing to accept challenges, and able to maintain good working condition under greater pressure.
