Responsibilities
1. Responsible for building the customer marketing product capabilities of Douyin Star Map to improve content marketing revenue and talent monetization levels 2. Based on customer surveys and industry research, consider the marketing demands of different industries and optimize placement strategies, matchmaking strategies, and marketing link efficiency 3. Understand the B/C needs of customer segmented industries, provide customized product solutions for segmented scenarios, and continuously improve and innovate customer service products 4. Fully grasp product goals and iteration cycles, link upstream and downstream teams, and promote marketing Product launch and marketing.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of product work experience, experience in content marketing, commercialization, and strategy is preferred 2 . Have a certain understanding of the business, deeply understand customer marketing needs, independently design product solutions and promote implementation 3.
