What you can expect:
. Building trusted partnerships with APAC business and HR stakeholders understand and cater to the hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements & gaps.
. Lead the delivery of a seamless recruitment process to the organisation effectively contributing to the process improvement measures essential for future HR transformations
. Develop and nurture potential leads through relevant hiring communities and events
. Deliver superior hiring manager and candidate experiences
. Generate brand recall for Maersk as an Employer of Choice by driving and supporting the talent attraction strategy catering to varied candidate segments
. Advocate and champion diversity and university hiring initiatives to enable Maersk to achieve its diversity ambition
. Lead a team of TAA specialists and/ or TAA administrators and deliver high quality recruitment deliverables on time
. Manage and develop TAA team to deliver against recruitment KPIs catering to global standards and critical business needs
. Talent Advisor to the business on talent demographics, market and competitor intelligence
Key interdependencies:
. Internal stakeholders: Extended TAA team, HRBPs, People partners, People advisors, CEN TAA team, Employees and Managers
. External stakeholders: Vendors, IBM, Candidates, Potential candidates
Critical competencies:
. 10+ years of recruiting experience
. 3 + years in managing diverse cross-functional recruitment teams
. Knowledge and proven track record in implementing candidate engagement initiatives, executing digital campaigns
. Thought partnership, detail & result orientation, communication, stakeholder management, problem solving skills
