System Specialist

Your Role

• Administer and maintain M365 and on-premises Microsoft Exchange servers
• Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device management and security
• Install, configure, and manage Windows Server operating systems and related services
• Manage server patching to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administration tasks

To Succeed in this Role

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in server administration and IT infrastructure, including Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Veeam, Intune, PowerShell scripting, and Exchange servers
• Knowledge of email authentication methods and email antispam gateway
• Relevant certifications such as VCP, Azure Administrator, or other cloud certificates are highly desirable
• Solid experience in cloud infrastructure such as Azure and AWS, and cloud automation and configuration management is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and change management processes
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
