Responsibilities
1. Based on the company's demand forecast, combined with hardware basic iteration and industry market conditions, the formulated supply plans are operated and managed to meet the business's demand timeliness, accuracy and cost optimization demand delivery 2. Coordinate the establishment of a shortage handling response mechanism, connect the demand end and supply end to establish a demand communication mechanism (including abnormal demand management) and output the supply plan 3. Coordinately establish a safe inventory model and improve the supply elastic management mechanism 4. Based on the quarterly statistical forecast results, analyze the forecast deviations, predict the accuracy of demand prediction based on the demand prediction accuracy, and continuously improve the iteration of the supply model through supply and demand balance and changes 5. Collect and analyze information such as market, business demand, supply plans and strategies, and cooperate with vertical supply planners to formulate product iteration plans and roadmaps 6. Pay attention to industry trends and provide market analysis and product advantage suggestions 7. Responsible for the promotion of products on the business side and ensuring product iteration competitiveness.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above 2. More than 5 years of experience in server products or cloud products 3. Strong subjective initiative, passionate careful and serious, and strong sense of responsibility 4. Experience in market analysis and product promotion to understand industry trends 5. Have innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and good at summarizing 6. Full of enthusiasm for work, responsible and stress-resistant ability.
