As a Supplier Security Risk Management (SSRM) Senior OneTrust Admin, you'll be the guardian of confidentiality, integrity, and availability, ensuring organizations are shielded from the ever-evolving threat landscape. Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic SSRM Senior OneTrust Admin to join the CISO organization under Governance Risk and Compliance as we help drive an improved IT security & risk posture at Kyndryl.This is a demanding team lead role, and the candidate will be responsible for operationally supporting Kyndryl's Supplier Security Risk Management (SSRM) program. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the day-to-day activities supporting the SSRM assessor on the OneTrust platform.

The candidate will be preferably based in UK, and will have extensive, ongoing interaction with senior executives across various Kyndryl locations.

The Supplier Security Risk Management Program within Kyndryl CISO organization is a global program, responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks in supplier engagements. Supply chain attack is a key threat area for Kyndryl, and this is a critical function focused on addressing supply chain security risks.We're looking for a capable Senior OneTrust Admin with a proven record of delivering on the demands of a global supplier security risk management programs.

Additional Responsibilitiesof this Senior OneTrust Admin role include:

• Perform ongoing OneTrust admin support for break/fix, enhancements, and overall support to SSRM Assessors

• Collaborate and work with various stakeholder across Kyndryl including - Procurement, Privacy, Legal and Audit

• Lead, engage and motivate the SSRM assessors and drive adoption and acceptance on OneTrust Platform

• Conduct on-going training to SSRM Assessors on the SSRM OneTrust GRC Platform

• This is a non-managerial role

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 10+ years of design, configuration, deployment, and support of the OneTrust VRM module

• Thought leader in supplier risk management and risk prioritization.

• Expertise in third party or vendor risk management and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) implementation

• Experience with cybersecurity metrics, dashboards on the OneTrust planform

• Experience in working with diverse cross geography teams

• Self-motivated individual, comfortable working without close supervision while able to manage to deadlines

• Team player with proven ability to build strong cross-business relationships

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills written and oral confident in interaction with senior management (both technology and business)

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• OneTrust Platform certifications

• 10+ years of experience on GRC platform OneTrust with both user and admin level working knowledge

Required Education

• Bachelor's Degree
