Responsibilities
1. Track new trends in consumer goods and other industries, look for commercial growth points, conduct in-depth analysis of commercialization models, delivery tools and CRM of Internet companies at home and abroad, discover industry opportunities and risks, and support key business decisions for commercialization 2 , As a strategic partner of the sales leaders of Byte's commercial product lines, track business progress, gain insight into opportunities and problems from dynamic data and industry analysis, plan strategic projects and implement them 3. Promote key decisions of sales, product, marketing and other teams , to enhance the ability to realize commercialization.

Qualifications
1. 2-5 years of experience in strategic planning or marketing strategy projects, with large strategic consulting companies/Internet companies/large Party A companies 2. Possess structured thinking and analysis skills, have both an overall view and sensitivity to details, and be good at expressing and communicating 3. Strong learning ability and curiosity, willing to actively participate in business, Rapid growth with passion, able to adapt to high-intensity work rhythm 4. Have a sense of ownership, a high sense of responsibility and execution can effectively promote the implementation of cross-departmental projects 5. Good hard skills (including but not limited to data analysis, PPT) .
