Staff (Sales) Applications Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Embedded development engineer. Define solutions for BLDC motors, inverters, digital power supplies, servo drives, and other products tailored to the Chinese market needs.
2. Gain in-depth understanding of related products, systems, and software, and collaborate with product lines and partners to construct solutions. Develop relevant algorithms and complete system software using leading MCU and MPU from Renesas. Provide technical support to customers using the solutions, resolve customer technical issues, and achieve Design-In and Design-Win. Thoroughly understand market demands and plan new products and solutions. Present solutions externally, provide solution training, and write journal articles, white papers, etc.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in electronic engineering or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in software and system development and debugging of inverters, digital power supplies, or servo drives. Familiarity with system hardware. Preference for candidates with experience in designing final products for digital power supplies.
3. Extensive experience in embedded systems, proficiency in C, C++, RTOS, Linux, and other software. Ability to quickly learn new technologies, applications, and products.
4. Fluent spoken English and good English listening, reading, and writing skills. Good organizational skills, sense of responsibility, teamwork, and strategic thinking.
