Responsibilities： 1.Specification and development of manufacturing test systems including test program, test fixture to meet product test specification requirement and enable better outcomes at lower costs 范开产测试系统，包括测试程，测试夹具，以满足产测试范，以更低本获得更好果 2.Product & Process specific testing validation/revalidation plan, implementation and approval according to planning and validation of processes 产工艺特定测试验/验计，过程计验实施批准 3.SCM test stations (system, equipment and fixture), test applications and product lifetime sustainment by find and fix, preventive maintenance actions and technical root cause investigation/analysis SCM测试站(系统，设备夹具)，测试产寿维，通过现修，防性维护措施技术本原调查/分 4.Support to Implement high-level product failure troubleshooting and diagnosis to drive product quality continuous improvement, SCM test technician training on advanced level TST 实施高水平产故障除诊断，以推动产质续进，对供测试技术进行高级TST培训 5.Drive continuous improvement on SCM testing engineering to improve test system/fixture stability, utilization and effectiveness, monitoring spare parts strategy, shaping testing operation and repair standard work 推动SCM测试工程续进，以高测试系统/夹具稳定性利率有效性，控备件策略，制定测试作维修准工作 Education and Experience: 1.Bachelor's degree for science or technology education, major in Electronic or Electrical Engineer 工类本院，或者工程业毕业 2.2-5 years of related Hardware/Testing Engineer experiences 2-5年硬件/测试工程师相关岗工作验 3.Good knowledge in System testing technologies and test equipment knowledge of analogue and digital measurement technology and the used measurement equipment ； 熟系统测试技术测试设备，熟模拟数字测技术以常测设备 4.Good knowledge of testing dev. SW, Good knowledge in hardware design/diagnosis o Testing dev. SW tools (C, LabVIEW...) o Advanced troubleshooting skills on electronic matter testing o Testing adapter design and enable 良好测试开软件知识，良好硬件设计/诊断知识 o 测试开软件工具(C, LabVIEW) o 问题测试高级故障除技能 o 测试器设计 5.Good knowledge in either automated production test or Hw design validation in labs Knowledge in schematic reading and function block of sub system and system； 熟自动化产测试或实验室硬件设计验，了解系统系统原图阅读功能模 6. Knowledge on electronic product hardware/software Strong learning capability to new technology； 熟产硬件/软件，对新技术有较强学能力 7.
