Key Responsibilities

As the product marketing director responsible for China automotive SoC and MCU products, you will lead the marketing team and drive business growths in the target automotive segments in China.

In this role, the success hinges on the ability to lead regional marketing development, foster seamless collaboration with peers, manage multiple tasks autonomously, prioritize effectively, make strategic decisions, meet demanding deadlines, and communicate outcomes, trade-offs, and decisions proficiently to all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
. Communicate compelling value propositions and positioning for Renesas SoC solutions in the ADAS market, highlighting their unique features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute regional go-to-market strategies for the SoC products for ADAS market, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
. Establish strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Gather feedback and insights to refine product messaging and identify opportunities for improvement.
. Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively communicate the value proposition of our SoC products and address customer inquiries.
. Contribute to corporate strategic technology development efforts to develop product and business strategies that enable business growth in the region
. Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and trends within the ADAS markets. Utilize insights to shape marketing strategies.

Qualifications

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. A technical background is advantageous.
. Proven experience (8+ years) in product marketing, engineering preferably in the semiconductor, automotive, or technology industries.
. Solid understanding of System-on-Chip (SoC) technology, market dynamics and customer needs, particularly within the ADAS.
. Strong engineering skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver results within deadlines.
. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling and clear product messaging for different audiences.
. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving successful product marketing campaigns.
. Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively across departments and regions.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Willingness to travel as needed for customer visits, industry events, and team meetings.
