Sr. Production Manager

Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Establish the production process according to the requirement by GMP and other standards and Elanco Global, keep and maintain the production procedure to meet the requirement of quantity, quality, and to improve efficiency.
• Cooperate with other function managers, executes various programs that lead to improvement in quality, costs saving and overall efficiency to meet the requirement of growing sales.
• Deliver training to the staff relating to quality and safe targets, monitor the production activities are in line with safety production requirement, and guarantee HSE system be carried out during production.
• Ensure production records are evaluated and signed by an authorized person.
• Propose the budget of production, manage the production planning, and control the production cost within the limit of approved relative policy and budget.
• Participates in validations of process, equipment and machines and premises.
• Organize/ administer and control work of HSE in production.

Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):

• Bs or above in Chemistry or Pharmacology, or relative pharmaceutical subject
• Minimum 8 years experience at similar position in pharmaceutical factory.
• Proven experience driving quality and compliance in an organization.
• Familiar with GMP.
