Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Automotive MCU Principal Marketing Engineer to join our team and drive our market presence in the rapidly evolving automotive industry in China.

Key responsibilities:
. Develop and implement marketing strategies for automotive MCU products in China, aligning with business objectives
. Define product positioning and compelling messaging for target segments and customers
. Build strong relationships with key customers and partners
. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and product teams for effective marketing and successful product promotions
. Provide sales teams with the necessary marketing tools and support to enhance their efforts and meet sales targets
. Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and market trends
. Represent the company at industry events and conferences
. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management
. Lead and mentor the automotive MCU marketing team in the region, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
