We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, Sr. Content Marketing Manager to drive the development of product marketing for Amazon Advertising China. The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation and program management with proven experience of using scalable tools to increase brand recognition, product adoption and engagement for B2B audience. The Sr. Content Marketing Manager will be accountable for overall content strategy and content creation, with programmatic approach to serve the dynamic content needs. This person will also work internally in a cross-functional manner, collaborating with teams across Amazon Advertising to identify the content our audience needs and turning it into scalable marketing programs through suitable channels. Lastly, the Sr. Content Marketing Manager will own testing and measurement, optimizing for what drives engagement and reporting the impact of the content marketing on the business growth.

Key job responsibilities
. Lead product marketing content strategy and create mechanism to accelerate content productivity.
. Create original China specific product marketing content, and prioritize content creation requests in accordance with team guidelines.
. Support on global content localization with prioritization model.
. Establish the KPIs for content performance tracking. Report on these weekly.
. Be able to move quickly to adapt our business operations to keep pace with industry changes.
. Working with other global stakeholders to develop strategies to grow touch points and improve content creation efficiency to achieve team goals.
. Be the guardian and bar raiser for any advertising related content creation in China
Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree and above in marketing, business, or other related field
  • 8+ years experience in sales/marketing
  • 4+ years experience in content-related program marketing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Proven track record of leading integrated content campaign and driving programs end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications :
. Experienced brand marketing manager in B2B business
. Experience and knowledge with cross-border digital advertising a plus
. Strategic thinking and capable of planning and executing on multiple projects
. Great story-telling skills
