. Expand procurement value proposition beyond sourcing and cost reduction, to provide broader support to be valued partner of business.
. Improve vendor management to enable organizations to control costs, mitigate supply risk, emerging technology access and innovation
. Pivotal role for DBS to acquire and maintain sourcing capabilities with deep domain expertise and supply market insights for the marketing spend categories

Main responsibilities (the main What is the job content)

. Lead Strategic Sourcing with cross-functional teams in the planning and conduct indirect sourcing activities/negotiations with suppliers, to steer favorable outcomes in line with organizational objectives
. Responsible for multiple sourcing categories, especially IT, Professional Services and Marcom.
. Drive and deliver supply chain value and risk management through partnership and early engagement with key stakeholders in understanding business needs and market trends . Formulate the categories focused for each sprint through spend analysis Determine the approach of saving opportunities capture and value generation.
. Vendor development to enable control costs, drive service excellence and m itigate risks to gain increased value from vendors throughout the deal life cycle.

. Increase procurement influence and delivering value through stakeholder and vendor management
. Deliver savings or cost avoidance in accordance with agreed targets and definitions
. Maintain service levels and internal customer satisfaction for the service provided

Education and Relevant Experience (What minimum qualification does the job require)
Educational Background and Relevant Work Experience Requirements (Qualifications Required for the Position/What is the qualification )

. Bachelor degree or above
. 5 8 years experience with IT, Professional Services, and Marcom related procurement. Team experience is a plus .
. Vendor management expertise, especially IT category.
. Interest or experience in automation is strongly preferred
. Experience on negotiating contracts with agencies and vendors, develop bidding process based on stakeholders scope, vendor evaluation.
