What are my responsibilities Dimension . Report to: PA PSS Section Manager and PSS Local Manager . Subordinate: None Mission . As PA AE Product Sales Specialist, be responsible for providing general technical knowledge in PA AE product portfolio and advices both sales organization and customers in capabilities and options how to use and integrate Siemens PA products effectively. . As PA AE Product Sales Specialist, be responsible for driving and supporting all channels to achieve target in assigned regions. . As PA AE Product Sales Specialist, be responsible for fulfilling SBTA achievement in responsible regions. Areas of Responsibility . Supports the respective sales organization of the unit in approaching and serving potential customers best and advices both sales organization and customers in capabilities and options how to use and integrate Siemens offerings effectively. . Takes responsibility for AE products orders in responsible territory, engaging in SBTA proposal and implementation, supporting regional sales to complete AE target. . Rich project experience with AE products, familiar with AE products, coordinate with sales to dig out business opportunities and pre-sales suggestions as well as configuration and quotation. . Constantly analyzes PA product portfolio of the dedicated customers client overall goals and objectives . Take responsibility for AE promotion in responsible territory to improve product awareness . May initiate the establishment of expert teams and facilitates team activities. . Develop loyal business partners to promote stable growth . As interface between BU &SU, take full responsibility for promotion of AE product strategy, branch application, etc. Assist team leader and manager with business follow up and reporting What do I need to qualify for this job Education and Experience . Bachelor or above in related majors, e.g. automation, engineering etc. . 5-7 years working experience in automation is preferred . 3+ years working experience in DCS manufacturer is preferred. . Good communication ability , able to work under pressure, strong ability of scheme presentation and customer service awareness . 2 years sales/biz development/promoter relevant experience and show willingness to be a sales specialist to develop business General Competences .
