Short Video Expert Advanced Operations Manager (Takeaway) - Life Services

Responsibilities1. Responsible for the operation of takeaway short video experts, including but not limited to author discovery, external introduction, new author cultivation, and responsible for the scale and quality of high-quality authors 2. Through activities, training and education, community operations and other means 3. Link the food delivery industry and merchants to establish a reasonable and efficient business order matching process and mechanism to improve cooperation efficiency and help talents get good goods Improve the scale and quality of takeaway short video experts, and achieve a balance between the supply and demand of business experts in key cities.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in e-commerce/local life/MCN operation, experience in operation of talents is preferred 2. Sensitive to transaction data, with good logic and data analysis capabilities 3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, certain ability to withstand pressure 4. Clear logic, strong execution, and self-driving.
