Responsibilities
1 , Responsible for the daily management of service providers, including but not limited to access, assessment, withdrawal, risk control, etc., to ensure the daily operations of service providers and promote the achievement of performance goals 2. Develop reasonable business operation plans for service providers in the life service industry, Provide event and group order design and operation support, maintain good cooperative relationships, and do a good job in increasing and optimizing transaction volume 3. Continuously study Douyin's lifestyle service industry business strategy, analyze service indicators, clarify the current status of service provider capabilities, formulate improvement directions and regularly Review, precipitate and output business methodology 4. Analyze the service provider team structure, management efficiency, etc., give reasonable opinions based on the business development plan, organize and implement service provider team skills training and empowerment, and improve the service provider team combat effectiveness 5 , Fully understand the current market situation, integrate and coordinate internal and external resources, and promote the output and implementation of the overall strategic plan.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of industry experience in channel or agent, service provider operation is preferred 2. Strong Excellent language communication skills, project coordination skills and cross-team collaboration skills 3. Have a strong sense of responsibility, enterprising spirit and pressure-bearing ability, have integrity, have a pioneering spirit, and accept business trips across the country.
