Responsibilities
1. Responsible ByteDance Global Office-Wireless Network Operation and Maintenance Guarantee 2. Responsible for the wireless network operation and maintenance guarantee of ByteDance's offline stores and e-commerce warehouses 3. Leading centralized wireless network problem governance 4. Responsible and wireless The architecture team works together to optimize the wireless network architecture.

Qualifications
1. Familiar with WLAN design, networking, roaming, access and other related technologies 2. Familiar with WLAN radio frequency resource management, able to target Provide reasonable solutions under different scenarios and requirements 3. Have experience in wireless network optimization, and have relevant experience in deployment/optimization of large-scale campus network solutions 4. Familiar with the deployment and configuration of wireless controllers from mainstream manufacturers at home and abroad 5. Have CCIE, HCIE , H3CTE and other advanced network certification or equivalent ability personnel are preferred 6. Have the ability to independently analyze network problems, have good communication skills and a certain ability to withstand pressure, rich experience in wireless network troubleshooting and resolution, and can quickly handle wireless network emergencies ,Difficult Problems.
