Senior Technical Officer, Broadband and Data Network Technical Support

Your Role

• Provide support in broadband network expansion and provisioning
• Provide support in network equipment troubleshooting
• Provide support in the rollout of new services
• Provide technical support services to the Tier 1 department
• Shift duty is required

To Succeed in the Role

• Technical Institute graduate in Computer Science, Information Engineering or a related discipline with at least 4 years working experience
• Good presentation skills and problem-solving skills
• Discipline, self-initiative and self-motivation
• Willing to work under pressure
• Candidate with less working experience will be considered asTechnical Officer
