Senior SHE & Resilience Specialist

Initiate and implement the company policies and regulations on safety & security, health and environmental protection under line manager's instruction.

Compile and implement the company's rules and regulations on safety, health and environmental protection under the guidance of line manager.

Work with SHE team to coordinate with stakeholders on occupational hygiene and health, risk analysis, accident/incident reporting, statistics safety, security of product transportation, safety of returned goods disposal, contractor and external supplier management and energy saving.

Work with safety, health and environmental protection teams to coordinate relevant parties on occupational health and health, risk analysis, accident reporting, data security, product transportation safety, waste safety of returned expired products, outsourcing and Work arrangements for subcontracting personnel management, energy conservation, etc.

Participate in monitoring the implementation of safety, health and environmental protection in Company and third party.

Main Tasks & ResponsibilitiesMain job responsibilities:

• Perform inspection and make records according to the SOP.
• Perform inspection responsibilities according to the standard operating procedures and make records.
• Support the company for compliance with local legal regulations and with Roche SHE provisions.
• Assist in ensuring that the company complies with regulations and Roche safety, health and environmental requirements.
• Make risk assessment analysis according to corporate requirement.
• Carry out relevant risk assessment analysis according to the requirements of the headquarters.
• Conduct distributor and key supplier/ service provider SHE selection and re-assessment.
• Participate in the safety, health, and environmental protection assessment and re-assessment of distributors, key suppliers/service providers .
• Ensure the effective communication of SHE related information and documentation.
• Ensure the effective communication of SHE related information and documentation.
• Conduct SHE training to enhance the staff awareness on SHE.
• Provide safety, health and environmental education to employees to enhance employee awareness.
• Report SHE key data according to corporate requirement.
• Report key data related to safety, health and environmental protection according to the requirements of the headquarters.
• Be responsible for daily operations on SHE related IT system within the team.

Basic Requirements of the Job Basic qualifications:

Education& QualificationsEducation Background and professional qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above majored in SHE fields or related Engineering Management fields.
• Safety, health and environmental management Bachelor degree or above in major or related engineering major.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners.
• Good interpersonal relationships, strong Chinese English presentation and oral/written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with internal and external business partners.
• Good command of MS office software application.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office software.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

ExperienceWork experience:

• 3+ years working experiences in MNC (preferred in Diagnostics/ Pharma industry).
• 3+ years working experience in foreign companies (preferable in medical/pharmaceutical industry).
• 1+ year experiences in SHE management.
• 1 year and above experience in safety, health and environmental management.
