Senior Recruitment Consultant - Property, Construction Engineering

As we continue to build our expertise in multiple sectors, we are now hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant - Property, Construction, Engineering to join our team. You will be surrounded by successful, stable and supportive colleagues that want to see you succeed.

Responsibilities of a Senior Recruitment Consultant - Property Construction Engineering:

• Identifying and pursuing new business within End-to-End PCE sectors across all industries
• Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts
• Driving search campaigns to secure high calibercandidates for clients
• Sourcing, screening and briefing candidates for appropriate positions
• Taking responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact with our candidates

Requirements:

• University Degree Graduate
• Excellent Communication skills - English, Chinese
• Hunter attitude, with proven ability to generate new business in the region
• Effective account management skills, working with SME, Contractors, and Multinational organizations
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and a desire to succeed and add value to our clients employee base
• Positive attitude
• HK Permanent Resident
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Recruitment Consultant role
