Senior R&D Engineer/Technical Expert -R&D efficiency direction

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the mid-stage capacity building of Douyin's product engineering quality and technical risks, build platform-based product capabilities, and meet the governance demands of the business R&D team 2. Responsible for output revenue, and work closely with quality architects and SREs , lead the design and development of the product system of the mid-stage capability, and continuously improve the user experience 3. Guide and train talents, improve and optimize the R&D process, formulate reasonable technical plans, and enhance the technical influence of the team inside and outside the company.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, communication, etc., 5 years or above work experience 2. Proficient in Go/Java At least one programming voice such as /Python, with strong architectural capabilities and good code literacy 3. In the past, he has led and been responsible for projects in the direction of R&D efficiency/engineering technology, and has worked in a certain direction such as large-scale quality/high availability/R&D efficiency Mature experience in platform development and landing 4. Experience in technical team management is preferred.
