Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the commercialization plan and delivery strategy of the download industry of search advertising, responsible for the revenue, monetization efficiency, delivery effect, customer retention, etc. of the download industry 2. In-depth understanding of the characteristics and demands of the download industry, understanding the core demands of advertisers, optimizing delivery products and strategies, and clarifying the revenue path 3. Cooperate with the operation and sales teams to promote the smooth progress of product-related operation and promotion work, and combine operation analysis and problem collection to formulate product optimization directions and promote continuous product iteration 4. Be responsible for the project management of industry-related products and strategies, and promote the design, technology, testing and other related teams and cooperation departments to complete product research and development on time and launch with high quality.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience, at least 3 years of commercial product experience, search advertising experience is preferred 2. Able to continuously optimize products, improve user and customer experience, and quickly try and error to give the best solution 3. Good logical thinking ability, data analysis ability, business understanding ability and fast learning ability 4. Independent thinking, good at communication, judgment, strong sense of responsibility, and able to withstand pressure 5. Those with management experience are preferred.
