To manage the overall equipment flow globally, and ensure cost effective and efficient supply in regions
To provide global flow policies and guidelines to regions
To design and maintain the most cost effective repositioning routes implement short and medium term positioning targets in accordance to trade imbalance and empty stock situation
To determine the weekly repositioning plan to regulate equipment flow
To monitor the Full & Down and Matchback situation from surplus regions and contribute to the design and maintenance of equipment related system to assist flow planning
To examine and decide on supply options for regions to cater the dynamic trade requirements and back up the contingency needs
To contribute to the achievement of annual budget and quarterly forecast according to direction and policies
To control and monitor the equipment fleet size at optimal level
Requirements
University graduate in Shipping or Logistics related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong on analytical and problem solving skills
Able to work independently and work under pressure
Competent in Windows applications
