(Senior) Medical Representative/(Senior) Product Director

About this role:
We are looking for a (Senior) Medical Representative / (Senior) Product Lead to help us with more The fast speed allows more patients to benefit from Novartis products. On behalf of Novartis, you will deliver cutting-edge, professional pharmaceutical knowledge and optimized drug treatment plans to clinicians, thereby helping relevant patients receive more economical, safe, and effective treatment and recovery. This position will report directly to the District Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
Ensure to visit the specified number of target customers every month and organize product academic promotion meetings, and cooperate with the company's large-scale academic activities
Establish a complete customer management system to improve Customer Service Quality
Implement the reporting system timely and accurately, report work progress in a timely manner, and provide timely feedback on market information
Cooperate with the regional manager's collaborative visits
Complete tasks assigned by the regional manager or regional manager Job Tasks
Actively participate in and promote compliance projects, lead by example, and deliver a compliance culture. Comply with the rules and regulations promulgated by the medical institutions covered or visited and related to medical representatives or relevant personnel of pharmaceutical companies

Assist the regional manager to provide help and guidance to newly hired new representatives to familiarize themselves with customers, markets, company reporting systems and related policies

Basic requirements:
Majors in biological sciences, medicine and health, chemistry and chemical engineering, or other fields related to medicine Major (such as management or marketing (pharmaceutical-related)), college degree or above (college degree or above in non-above majors, must have more than two years of work experience in the pharmaceutical field)
Work experience in related positions
Senior medical representative/product specialist/senior product specialist must be able to pass the company's relevant qualification certification, have abilities and performance that meet the company's job requirements, and have a strong sense of compliance
Basic oral English expression skills
