Job Description:
This is a senior level sales manager position responsible to managing and executing growth strategies for our current and new customers within the SiliconExpert organization. This position will be focused on leading and managing APAC region and will be responsible for generating both deferred revenue and new revenue within the customer base.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop, execute, and report on sales strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and delivered by the team, ensure that APAC is reaching its full revenue potential as outlined in annual goal
Demonstrate passion and absorb corporate plus industry best knowledge and thoroughly monitor and forecast and adjust the teams performance to sustain and accelerate growth
Plan and supervise workflows that lead to the greatest return on company investment and contribute to a long-term vision for the regional business growth
Actively contribute to establishing team goals, sales pipeline, reporting and forecasting on a quarterly and fiscal year basis
Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities, enhance relationships with all decision makers, key contacts, and stakeholders during and after the sales process
Demonstrate ability to set goals and objectives with channel partners to drive sales growth and marketing collaboration
Leverage all external and internal partners & resources to generate sales pipeline and enhance sales opportunities with both new and existing accounts, drive cross-sales wins
Work with the global sales, product, marketing, and solutions architecture team to develop sales growth strategy incorporate and orchestrate the internal resources required to successfully secure new customers
Work closely with the SFDC & finance team to assure full accuracy of the new business, renewal & revenue process
Utilize all of the internal business analytics & SE dashboards to track and analyze sales statistics, account and customer activity
Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Representatives
Managing, coaching, and motivating a local and remote sales team
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 10-years of sales experience, proven work experience in a sales management or relevant senior sales role or experience in measuring and analyzing performance indicators such as KPI and ROIs
Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, attend to detail and generate results and able to accurately handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Have a compelling leadership personality, strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to be multi player
Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
A bachelor's degree in sales and marketing or business management from an accredited university. A master's degree in business administration or marketing is a plus.
Previous semiconductor industry experience or knowledge related to IT/Software field preferred
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
This Position require external client interaction, must have the ability to accommodate travel to client sites and industry events
