We are seeking a Senior Legal Manager with experience in US patent management, IPO projects, cross-border licensing, and legal support for biotech/pharmaceutical companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage US and international patent portfolios, filings, and IP strategies
- Support IPO and corporate governance projects
- Draft, review, and negotiate licensing, collaboration, NDA, and commercial agreements
- Provide legal support for business operations, R&D, and strategic partnerships
- Coordinate with external law firms, patent attorneys, and consultants
- Support fundraising, investment, and strategic alliance projects
- Advise management on legal risks, compliance, and IP protection
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
- Taiwan Bar or overseas Bar qualification is a plus
- Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, or life science industries
- IPO and public company governance experience preferred
- Familiar with US patent practice and cross-border licensing
- Fluent English communication skills with ability to conduct meetings and negotiations in English
- Strong contract drafting and legal communication skills
