Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop equity, credit, macro and asset allocation researches
  • Set up ESG investment process and analysis on security and fund level
  • Due diligence of Mutual funds
  • Publish regular research materials
  • Report to CIO
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of investment experience
  • Comprehensive Equity and/or Credit and Economic Analytics skills
  • Experience with ESG analysis on security and fund level
  • Rapid decision-making ability using a consistent well-reasoned approach
  • Ability to multi-task in a highly visible fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Experience communicating complex investment strategies with individual and institutional clients, prospects, centers of influence and team members
  • Proven ability to resolve complex client investment objectives, constraints and preferences
  • Ability to exercise good judgement by recognizing urgency and prioritizing tasks accordingly
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg and Morningstar
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented and proactive
  • Ability to think outside of the box
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team leader
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment
  • Advanced academic degrees and professional designations (CFA, etc.) preferred
