Senior experience designer for brand advertising

Responsible for the experience design of mobile brand advertising products of ByteDance (TikTok, Toutiao, Xigua Video, etc.), including advertising style design outputs that are not limited to open-screen, information flow, search and other related directions 2. Based on the characteristics of Douyin, explore innovative highlight solutions that take into account customer and user needs 3. Deeply understand brand advertising and be able to control the visual tone of related project design 4. In product design iteration, self-drive and collaborate with various collaborative teams to transform from data and customer research to explore needs into feasible design solutions and promote implementation 5. Have a design system methodology, have professional precipitation, and can participate in brand advertising standard customization to provide team professional suggestions and output professional precipitation.

Qualifications

1. More than three years of mobile Internet design experience, skilled in using Figma, have certain AIGC capabilities, and are familiar with the design system and workflow 2. Deeply understand brand advertising products and interaction design ideas, have the desire to be innovative, actively explore unique visual expressions, and do not blindly follow popular styles 3. Familiar with various applications and outputs of animation design in product design, and be able to design innovative interactions and animation effects 4. Excellent design proposal ability, able to systematically explain design ideas and complete them independently have a good team spirit and an open mind.
