Senior Engineer in Game Testing - Game Products

1. Responsible for the construction of the game business quality assurance system, quality risk control and quality pain points resolution, and continuously improve the quality of game research and development and operation 2. Training and management of business testing team personnel, coordination of test division of labor, and improvement of testing depth 3. Continuously improve testing efficiency through the introduction of advanced technology, tool platform empowerment and other means 4. Maintain communication and cooperation with the product team, and improve team quality awareness through process specifications, quality culture construction and other measures.

1. 5 years or more experience in game business testing, relevant work experience is preferred, and complete project research and development and online quality assurance experience is preferred 2. Experience in game quality assurance team management and talent echelon construction 3. Having game business white box/in-depth testing capabilities, forming a complete testing system for common game systems 4. Solid computer foundation, proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Go, etc.) 5. Be proactive in doing things, strong execution ability, can promote problem solving, and have good team spirit and communication and collaboration skills.
