Responsibilities and Tasks:
1.Responsible and accountable for PG/BE yield /Quality(dpm/RMA) improvement to enable the best of world class compete DRAM products.
2. Lead a technical team in MH with focus in FE/BE testing for improvement.
3. Debugging and identifying root causes for failures using data, electrical and physical analysis techniques. Also using these techniques to modify existing testing strategies to improve quality and maximize yield and minimize test time.
4.Provide the accurate yield forecast (ELC/PG_FG) .
5.Lead the team for RMA debug and test coverage implementation.
6.SBL/QAWR lot disposition.
7.Quality improvement (QMON/HMB1/SLT) plan
8.Coorperate with TSE/FAB/GQ for yield & quality improving.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical or or Computer Engineering
8years of relevant technical and leadership experiences.
Viewed by current team as an excellent mentor, team builder and motivator.
Extensive experience delegating tasks and setting priorities in a team environment.
Experience successfully leading multi-functional teams to a common result.
Experience working with multi-functional teams across multiple sites.
Excellent organization and project coordination skills.
