Senior Data Analyst (Experience and Governance Direction) - Life Services

Responsibility for data analysis of Douyin product life services related businesses, help the business solve problems encountered on both ends of BC and achieve business goals through analysis 2. Responsible for strategy formulation and optimization of various products/operations in the business, A/B experimental design and analysis, operation activity effect evaluation, core indicator abnormality analysis, etc., find the causes behind the data phenomenon, clarify user pain points and needs, and give follow-up optimization suggestions 3. Actively discover the needs and pain points of the business essence, find opportunities to improve/improve efficiency, give specific and feasible optimization suggestions, promote implementation and bring actual business improvement.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, more than 3 years of data analysis experience 2. Experience in local life, e-commerce and other related industries are preferred, and experience in business analysis and strategic analysis is preferred 3. Good at thinking and summarizing, and can continuously improve work methods 4. Be able to quickly understand business logic, break down the causes and impacts of business problems through data quantification, and give specific and feasible optimization solutions 5. Have data analysis ability to solve complex problems, data collection solution design ability and excellent communication and coordination skills.
