• Support the company in matters related to business development and global M&A transactions, and provide professional, timely and reliable legal advice
• As a trusted business partner, you will be deeply involved in business negotiations and transaction structure design, and post-acquisition integration related matters
• Globally support the expansion and development of business in the global field within the framework of civil law system and common law

What you need to succeed

• LL.B from reputable law school, LL.M above from UK/US law school, dual bar required
• At least 8 years of solid cross-border transaction experience in red circle or boutique law firm, able to handle transaction structure design and transaction document drafting relatively independently
• Strategic vision, able to rationally manage internal and external lawyer resources
