Senior Backend Development Engineer - Jianying

1. Responsible for the R&D of service-side content production management and distribution, hot spot mining, creator growth, creation guidance & incentives for Jianying and CapCut templates 2. Responsible for the business architecture evolution of Jianying and CapCut content ecology, and ensure the stable operation of global multi-computer room deployment of the business 3. Responsible for the R&D of business systems and architecture evolution such as Xingtu, Hypic picture templates, and marketing pictures 4. In daily iterations, pay attention to the performance, stability, and scalability of services, accumulate general system capabilities, meet the needs of complex business scenarios, and improve R&D efficiency and quality.

1. Bachelor degree or above, graduated from computer, communication and other related majors 2. Have good basic skills, solid data structure & algorithm foundation, and love programming 3. Have experience in high-concurrency service design and implementation, and have good system design capabilities 4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, good communication and collaboration skills, have the ability to solve problems independently, and can actively promote the implementation of things.
