Second-hand Digital Industry Operation Manager - Douyin E-commerce

1. Responsible for the overall management of the second-hand digital industry, formulate short-term, medium-term and long-term strategies for industry operations, clarify the operational approach and optimal path for industry development, and implement them 2. Output special product solutions for the entire chain of industry products or a single business link, build basic product capabilities, form business needs based on operational needs and pain points, and promote product iteration 3. 1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of e-commerce or related operation experience, preferably with strategy, production and transportation, and second-hand background 2. Have mature team management and project management capabilities, be able to coordinate resources from all parties to achieve goals, be passionate and creative, and have good innovation capabilities 3. Have excellent e-commerce business learning ability and curiosity, clear logic, and strong execution 4.
